• Providing prompt and efficient property management services for clients and their tenants.
• Ensuring that appointed building, cleaning, decorating and grounds maintenance contractors perform to the highest standards.
• Dealing speedily and discreetly with enquiries from leaseholders and tenants and their representatives.
• Full consultation procedures including regular meetings with residents association representatives to discuss issues of concern.
• Working closely with other agencies - including banks, building societies, local authorities, the Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise - to obtain services on behalf of clients and their leaseholder and tenants.
• Acting at all times in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Housing in relation to the management of the properties in the portfolio.
• Complying with the requirements of the National House Builders Council (NHBC) Sheltered Housing Code.
• Professional Indemnity.
• To indemnify Clients from and against any and all loss damage and liability suffered by the client arising from the negligence of Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd or its employees in the performance of Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd's obligation's under this agreement.
• Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd carries full professional indemnity insurance, in accordance with the ARMA requirement.
