

Accounts
At agreed intervals, usually monthly or after each quarter day, Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd will normally send to the Client a statement showing the following:
• Rents and charges due from each tenant
• Rents and charges actually received in the preceding period
• Rents and other charges outstanding at the end of the preceding period
• All amounts received in advance in respect of the next period
Records
Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd will maintain and keep up to date the following:
• A record of the tenure of each property, including vacant properties, and a précis of each lease granted by the Client. Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd will supply copies of each précis to the Client on request.
• A diary recording all rent revisions and lease expiry dates and other relevant data.
• Copies of all insurance policies relating to property in the portfolio.
Reporting
Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd will submit a written Management Report to the Client on request.
