How quickly could you take over management of our flats? We can set up management within a month
What sort of properties do you manage? We manage both new and old large and small properties including new developments and 'rescue' properties that had become 'run down'
Can you give us a quotation for managing our flats? Typically for full management of a block of flats our fees are quoted at a (negotiable) price per flat per year. For management of other properties our fees are also negotiable.
Do you provide any other property management services? We can provide company secretarial services for resident management companies - all for a set annual fee
What do I need to do? Once you have signed on the dotted line we can take care of everything

Homes & Watson Partnership Ltd was established in 1998 by John Pritchard, a Chartered Housing Manager and a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management, initially to manage the portfolio of flats owned by one client who wished to engage a professional management firm to administer his leasehold properties.
From these origins, the company has grown and now has a range of developments under management in London, the Home Counties and the West Country, including sheltered leasehold schemes for retired people and luxury apartments.
